Return and refund policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Our products are custom printed for each order, so we only offer returns or exchanges in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or not the item you ordered, we will make it right. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like size, fit, or change of mind, so please review sizing charts and product details before purchase).

If there is any issue with your order, please reply directly to the email you receive after delivery, where we ask how your experience went — it’s the easiest way to let us know if something went wrong (or right!). If you missed that message, no worries — just contact our support team at support@olanomada.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue (along with photos in case of damage or printing errors). This helps us assess the situation quickly and find the best possible solution.

2. Our Resolution Process 

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond promptly with a solution. If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong product, we will typically offer you a free replacement (the correct item reprinted and shipped at no cost) or a full refund, according to your preference. In some cases, we may request that you return the original item to us for quality inspection – if so, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so you won’t incur any return shipping cost. Our goal is to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

3. Refunds (if applicable) 

If you opt for a refund or if a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once your refund is processed on our end, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear back in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be applied back to that form of credit.
