Shipping policy
1. Orders Within the United States Only
We currently accept orders only from U.S. customers and ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Production & Processing Time
All of our products are made on demand. Average production time is about 5–10 business days before your order is ready to ship (production may occasionally take longer during peak periods such as holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has finished production and is dispatched.
3. Standard Shipping Time
We use standard shipping services via major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL . Transit time within the U.S. is typically 3–5 business days for delivery once the package has shipped . We do not currently offer expedited shipping options – all orders ship with standard delivery. Note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may require an extra 7–12 business days in transit beyond the usual timeframe.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
In total, most customers can expect to receive their order in about 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. This includes the 5–10 day production period plus 3–5 days for shipping. Please understand that this is an estimate – we strive to meet these timelines, but occasional delays can occur.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey to your address . You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website for up-to-date shipping status. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, feel free to contact us.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. An accurate and complete address ensures timely delivery. We cannot be responsible for misdelivery or delays if an address was entered incorrectly. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately – we will do our best to correct it if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the address.
7. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we work with reliable carriers and aim for prompt delivery, unforeseen delays can happen. Weather events, carrier logistical issues, or holiday rush periods may occasionally slow down shipments . If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we appreciate your patience. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have concerns about a significantly delayed delivery – we will assist in tracking the package or finding a resolution. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
8. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Our products are custom printed for each order, so we only offer returns or exchanges in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or not the item you ordered, we will make it right. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like size, fit, or change of mind, so please review sizing charts and product details before purchase.)
9. Reporting a Problem
If there is any problem with your order, please contact olanomada’s customer support directly at support@olanomada.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (including photos of any damage or misprint, if applicable). This information will help us quickly assess the situation.
